Information is power, information is knowledge. The whole world is now tied together by the two numbers zero and one. A new level of globalization has been created. Digital information storage has become the focal point of social, cultural, economic development. Information and development are now complementary words. The Government of the People's Republic of Bangladesh has been working hard to implement digital data cells in all areas of central and local government to ensure good governance, development and accountability. People are now able to review, monitor, judge and comment on the activities of the government and get the necessary services. By conveying this information, there is an opportunity to ensure the efficiency, transparency and accountability of the government's activities, as well as protecting the rights of citizens. Phulchari Upazila is one of the upazilas of Gaibandha district of Bangladesh. Many wise people live here. Most of the people of this upazila still need to improve their quality of life. Phulchari Upazila will play a leading role in bringing government and private services to the doorsteps of the people through maximum use of information technology. It is the goal of all of us to build a fair, beautiful, terror-free, development-oriented and enlightened model Phulchari upazila through integrated initiatives.
